Perry Dellelce is a founder and managing partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s leading corporate finance transactional law firms.

Perry practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, offering a unique blend of legal and corporate finance experience combined with hands on business management experience across a wide range of sectors including technology, natural resources and financial services.  

Perry has been recognized by Lexpert as a Repeatedly Recommended lawyer and as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in the area of technology transactions in the 2012 and 2013 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.

Perry is extremely active in community involvement and charity. Some of his current mandates include:
• Chair - Board of Directors - Sunnybrook Foundation, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto, Ontario;
• Board of Governors - University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario;
• Business Advisory Council - Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana;
• Deputy Chair, Campaign Cabinet - Western University, London, Ontario;
• Member of the Canadian Olympic Committee;
• Board of Directors - Merry Go Round Children’s Foundation, Toronto, Ontario;
• Board of Directors - Canada’s Walk of Fame, Toronto, Ontario;
• Chairperson - Toronto Celebrates Sudbury Organization Committee;
• Board of Directors - Young Fellowship, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation.

Perry graduated with a B.A. from Western in 1985 and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1987. He subsequently obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1990 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1992. While calling Sudbury, Ontario home, Perry resides in Toronto with his wife Sue and their daughter, Taylor, and son, Nicholas.
