Alumni Association

The Alumni Association Board of Governors recently appointed Keith Gibbons, BA’76, as its latest representative to the Board of Governors of Western University. Following approval of the appointment at the December 9th meeting of the Board, Keith commenced his term on January 1, 2016.

Keith resides in London and is an accomplished executive with a demonstrated track record of achievement in general management in Canada and internationally. He has strong communication and analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of governance and risk management issues. He is currently the President & CEO of McCormick Canada with executive responsibilities for directing the Canadian business.

In addition, he has significant Board experience in the corporate and not for profit sectors, including current positions on the Boards for the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario, the London Chamber of Commerce and London Economic Development Corporation.

The proud father of four, all who have attended Western, Keith has been an active volunteer with Huron University College and has spoken at local alumni events.
